To the Friend of A Pastor’s Wife

It’s been a few months since my last post, when you let someone break your spirit, you sometimes run and hide. God reminded me today I have too many amazing people in my life to let others break me.

Just as lotions and fragrance give sensual delight, a sweet friendship refreshes the soul.”    ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭27:9 MSG

Thank You…..
for being my friend and a church member

for allowing me to be myself

for seeing my faults & not judging

for knowing my frustrations even before I tell you

for holding me up, when I can’t stand no longer

for pushing me to be better person, when I’m suppose to be pushing you

for endless encouragement

for feeling a sense of obligation to things/events I put on when you shouldn’t have to

for kingdom living with me and believing in the future with me

for being an Armor Bearer for me
Forgive me……

for Pastoring you when you sometimes just need a hug

for my failures

for allowing my frustrations to be seen

for not holding you up, when I should be

for not pushing you more into your destiny & calling

for taking on the burden of being my encourager when I need to be your encourager

for making you feel the need to be at every event, bible study, etc

for sometimes putting others before you
I don’t know where I would be in the ministry life, if it wasn’t for you. I pray God blesses you to the fullest for your friendship, I know it can be burden to be a friend and a member. You will never know the importance of what your friendship means to me. I’m thankful I don’t have to do ministry alone.
I am aware of how much your friendship means to me, forgive me if I ever take you for granted. You deserve a big & shiny crown for all you do.

I love you Friend of the Pastor’s wife.
Catching my breath and feeling blessed!

PS: Fellow Pastor’s Wives it’s ok to have a friend at church! We can’t do this alone.
